PhpBB 3.0 Beta 3 is out
The most famous forum software has reached the 3.0 beta 3 version.
This release fixes more than 299 bugs since the 12th August, you can found a list of them on the PhpBB Bug Tracker.
It also improves PhpBB 3 interoperability with full UTF-8 support and test in different production environments.
The database architecture modifications however prevents any updating from Beta 2 and previous releases.
