This is a very good introduction, i have used Perl during my first few years during my degree and have never come across it agaian, its a scripting + pure language thats its advantage

I think now days, website
I think now days, website rarely made on Perl or ruby on rails. PHP is good for scripting, easy and almost all functionality. Security is best. Most of website are on php script and its good for search engine.

Agreed, but search engines are server side language-agnostic, so it won't help you using a language like PHP if you don't know anything about SEO technics for example. And moreover, I would trust more a Framework (whatever the language it relies on) than a basic website, that often contains many potential security holes and SQL injection problems. It clearly puts a good point to RoR, or Django (for esoteric languages - Python / Ruby), compared to raw PHP.
Of course, using frameworks like Symfony in PHP gives an additional point to this language as well
