the first time i saw the news i thought " oh well another perfect forum got reviewed"
but am not satisfied that Germans got 9/10 for such piece of art
even 10/10 is not enough !!
however;there is a downside for this board
which is : the community
70% of the questions, answers,plugins,themes,tickets, everything is in Deutsch which is clearly we don't understand
even though this software is still legendary and deserves 10/10 rating
I'm using this software for a few years now, and I still like it.
It's clean, very fast, and the Woltlab Community Framework is very powerful to extend the features on your own for you own needs.
I do not understand the "Unusable and Inefficient" votes, did you ever used this software?
I have found it to be easy to use and easy to train my Board Admins on. We put our board on Vbulletin for about two weeks and switched back to WBB because of the Hue and Cry from our community.
That is when we decided to spend the money and get the full version. Have been using since October 2010 and have absolutely NO regrets
I started our progect on the Lite one (free), when we got 50 active users we desided to get the Big Bro. I used to run forums on IPB, vB. But for today Burning Board has nailed it. Everything that one needs for a reasonable price and great support team.
