Love the service while i used it but know is a complete nightmare as there is no way to cancel the billing once you start the service as you can never get a hold of anyone..... Ihave now paid two months attempting to cancel.......WTF
Yes, having similar problem. Paid through paypal so thankfully just put in a dispute and they return money. Was pretty keen on using talki but problems with communication have put me off upgrading to a pro account
