I am chairman of a management company for a building of 12 apartments. We want a forum for the owners to communicate and manage repair work etc., which there is a lot of, as it's a Victorian building. This is currently managed by email, but that's a bit messy.
- Email alerts to all members whenever anything is posted.
- Free to start up (don't mind paying if it become a success after the first few months)

The thing I am really struggling with is the email alerts, forum software generally just doesn't seem to support this. I can see why this would be an annoying feature for a large forum, but for a small group, who is going to speculatively check to see if anything has been posted?
